The 7th annual Siouxland Inspirational and Historical Short Film Festival will be held Sunday, Nov. 8, at 2 p.m. at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Sioux City. The family- friendly filmfest will again be hosted by the Siouxland Filmmakers Club and is produced by Mater Dei Parish photographer Tom Schoening. A variety of local, regional and National family - friendly and clean - language short films will be shown.

The Remsen St. Mary Activity Club is hosting a turkey supper in the high school cafeteria. Carry outs and delivery available. Serving turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, rolls, coffee, milk, salads and desserts.

Natural Family Planning Class for engaged couples and will fulfill the NFP component of their required formation. Cost of $25 per couple us due at registration. Jenny Condon, family nurse practitioner at Unity Point Clinic and a Marquette Method Certified Professional MMCP, is leading the class.
