Tickets available for spiritual conference

Mater Dei Parish in Sioux City is offering A Light for My Path, a spiritual conference held Sept. 26 and 27 at the Nativity Church site. 

Keynote speakers are Matthew Leonard, from the Science of Sainthood, and Barbara Heil, From His Heart Ministries.

There will be practical breakout sessions offered:

1. Sr. Anne Marie Walsh, SOLT Sisters; 
2. Julie Storr, Lectio the Liturgy; 
3. Father Matt Niggemeyer, St. Michael’s Catholic Church, South Sioux City, Nebraska; and 
4. Father Scott Traynor, JCL, a priest in the Diocese of Sioux Falls, South Dakota 

The event will offer guidance to discern God’s voice in daily life, discover how Scripture reveals people's God-given purpose, and journey through the classic stages of prayer and spiritual growth guided by the wisdom of the saints. 
 
Tickets can be purchased online at here or via phone by calling the parish office at (712) 276-4821 by Sept. 5. Tickets purchased after Sept. 5 will incur a late registration fee of an additional $10.
