Storm Lake fundraiser leadership named

Chairs of the 2026 Storm Lake St. Mary Ball and Auction, Jeff and Amanda Foell, announced that Adam and Kate Friedrichsen will serve as co-chairs for the March 14, 2026 event. The St. Mary's Ball and Auction, a cornerstone fundraiser for the local Catholic School, promises a fun and elegant evening of philanthropy. 

The Foells said they are excited and grateful to have the Friedrichsens as partners for the event. 

Adam and Kate, with their four children, are active in the community. Adam is an owner of Logic Ag Marketing where he is a commodity broker and livestock and crop agent. Kate is the K-5 school counselor at St. Mary’s School. The couple chose a faith-based education for their kids—Fletcher (6th grade), Rhett (4th grade), Berkley (1st grade), and Scottie (2 years old) -- recognizing it as the ideal fit for their family.
 
St. Mary’s is a private Catholic school in Storm Lake. Committed to values of compassion, respect, faith and academic excellence, St. Mary’s serves students PreK-12 from all faith backgrounds. Enrollment is still open for the 2025-26 school year.
