Siouxland Catholic Radio 88.1 FM is presenting its Fall Pledge Drive, Nov. 11-13, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year, the station will broadcast the entire first day from Bishop Heelan High School with a special focus on “Salute to Service” spotlighting many military veterans with a connection to the station. Broadcast will continue from the KFHC studios the next day, and on day three, we will broadcast from All Saints Parish in Le Mars. Mass will be celebrated daily at the station’s chapel, 701 W. 5th St., at 11:15 a.m.
KFHC Executive Director, Tim Swedean pointed out, “We are all blessed to live under a blanket of freedom in this country. Siouxland Catholic Radio wants to celebrate the sacrifices, honor, and courage of the men and women who fought for such liberty. All throughout our pledge drive from Nov. 11 through the 13th, we are going to focus on former military personnel who gave their all . KFHC 88.1 FM understands and honors the premium sacrifices made by the military. We hope you will listen.”
