Pocahontas quilters host Quilts and More sale

The Missionary Society Quilters from St. Sebastian Parish-Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church is holding a "Quilts and More Sale" on July 19, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 16 2nd Avenue NW, in Pocahontas.  The sale includes quilts (tied and machine quilted), pillows, pillowcases, scrubbies, potholders, table toppers, and many more handcrafted items, including bags/totes.  Kolaches and coffee will be sold by Sts. Peter and Paul Historical Society. 

 The funds from the sale are contributed to community members who are dealing with a crisis, Upper Des Moines Opportunity projects, Pocahontas Catholic School, Pocahontas Community School, St. Sebastian Parish and other community projects.  Follow St. Sebastian Parish on Facebook to view photos of quilts and more items.
